PRE-SUBMITTAL CONFERENCE 

Office Hours for pre-submittal conferences are:  Tuesdays   9:00 AM- 11:00 AM
                                                                      Thursdays 2:00 PM -  4:00 PM
Some meetings may be conducted by telephone rather than in-person.  Please review the Pre-submittal Application below for what information will be required.  Contact:  planning@lancastersc.net or 803-285-6005.

Applicants must participate in a pre-application meeting with Planning Department staff prior to submitting any of the following applications:

  • Rezoning Application
  • Text Amendment Application
  • Master Development Preliminary Plat: Mixed Use District Application
  • Conditional use Application
  • Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat
  • Special Exception Application
  • Variance Application
  • Appeal from Action Of Zoning Official

Some meetings may be conducted by telephone rather than in-person. 

Applicants must confer with Sandra Burton in Public Safety Communications/911 Addressing (803-416-9325)
prior to submitting a New Road Name/ Change Application.
