Rental Rates
- 1st Hour - $115.00
- Hourly Usage Fee - $75.00
There is a deposit of $250.00 required at the time of booking the reservation. This amount will be refunded after the event if there are no penalties or damages.
The first hour rental charge includes our employee setting up the tables and chars for the event and then taking them down and light cleaning afterward.
The usage fee includes an time that is used in the upstairs area. Including decorating, catering and cleaning/picking up after the event. The usage fee is due in full at least 2 weeks prior to Event Date.

- 2 hours - $190.00
- 3 hours - $265.00
- 4 hours - $340.00
- 5 hours - $415.00
- 6 hours - $490.00
- 7 hours - $565.00
- 8 hours - $640.00
- 9 hours - $715.00
- 10 hours - $790.00

- 1- 8 ft. rectangle table
- 2 - 6 ft. rectangle tables
- 1- Caterer's warming unit (holds 9 trays)
