Impact Fee Study

County Council approved the Lancaster County Development Impact Fees for the Sheriff's Office, Fire, Parks and Recreation, and Emergency Medical Services on Monday, July 19, 202. Fees will be effective Friday, October 1, 2021.  Council also approved a School Development Impact Fee for the Indian Land service area on September 13, 2021, which will be effective as of January 1, 2022.
