Small Estate

Did not own any real property, and

Owned personal property (boat, car, mobile home, jewelry, furniture.) with a total fair market value of less than $25,000.

Regular Estate

Decedent owned real property (home, rental property, commercial property, undeveloped land) of any value, or Decedent owned personal property (boat, car, mobile home, jewelry, furniture.) with a total fair market value of $25,000 or more.
