Indian Land Consolidated Fire Protection District Commission
Membership: The Commission shall consist of five members, two of whom shall be residents of the area formerly served by the Pleasant Valley Fire Protection District (as previously created by Ordinance No. 724 dated February 27, 2006, which is now repealed) and, three of whom shall be residents of the area formerly served by the Indian Land Fire Protection District (as previously created by Ordinance No. 1083 dated February 1, 2011, which is now repealed) Members shall be nominated by the Council members from Districts 1,4, and 7.
Terms of Office: 4-year staggered terms. All terms end on December 31.
